Platform App

The Platform is the admin interface where you manage your brand, store, members, and content. Everything described here is what you see in the UI.

Logging in

  • Login — Enter your email and password to access the platform.
  • Register — If your organization allows it, you can create an account from the sign-up page.
  • Reset password — Use “Forgot password” to receive a link and set a new password.

Main areas (by page)

Dashboard

The home view after login. You’ll see a high-level overview of your store: key numbers and recent activity so you can see how things are going at a glance.

Analytics

Charts and metrics about your store—traffic, sales, or engagement, depending on what your brand has enabled. Use this to understand trends and performance.

Members

Manage your community: see who’s signed up, their membership status, and basic profile info. You can search and filter to find specific members.

Coupons

Create and manage discount or benefit codes. You’ll see a list of existing coupons and can add new ones, set how they work, and turn them on or off.

Loyalty / Quests

Configure and monitor loyalty or quest programs. View quests, completion status, and any rewards or progress tied to them.

Products and memberships

Configure what you sell: physical or digital products and membership tiers. You can add, edit, and organize items and set prices and availability.

Settings

Store and brand preferences: name, branding, and other options that affect how your storefront looks and behaves.

Customize

Control the look and feel of your storefront—themes, layout, or other customization options your plan supports.

Usage

If your plan tracks usage, this page shows how much of your allowance you’ve used (e.g. members, storage, or API usage) so you can stay within limits.

Who sees what

Access to these pages depends on your role. Platform operators may see additional areas (e.g. managing multiple brands). Brand admins see their own store’s dashboard, members, and settings. If you don’t see a page, your account may not have permission—contact your administrator.
